Do have temporary aches and pains or tension? Instead or taking Ibuprofen or some other synthetic medication, I have some natural solutions for you to try!

Let me show you how powerful plants truly can be.

Option 1: Deep Blue supplements- a miraculous supplement that has helped me so much with knee pain.

Option 2: Take 2 drops each Copaiba, Turmeric, Marjoram, Frankincense and Lemongrass Essential Oils in a gel capsule.

Option 3: Use Deep Blue Rub or take Deep Blue Essential Oil and add some drops to bath and/or magnesium salts. With a warm bath you will feel so much better!

I love to use these when I have sore muscles, aches and pains or in any instance I would normally grab for synthetics.

I absolutely love this recipe and call it the “Tension Bomb.” It is great for localized use.

In a 10 ml roller bottle combine:

💧5 drops Copaiba

💧5 drops Lemongrass

💧5 drops Marjoram

💧5 drops Frankincense

Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO)

Apply to areas of temporary pain as needed throughout the day.
