On our final day this month I thought it would be great to leave you with some easy DIY recipes you can create at home. Using a selection of oils specifically known to help manage stress, you can experiment with the different scents and choose which ones become your healthy habits.
We are still not sure when the COVID crisis will be over and the longer it stretches on the more stress it brings to our daily lives. If you`ve following even some of my suggestions this month you know what a positive impact essential oils have on your mood, health & wellbeing.
Keep using your oils, continue to create healthy habits and feel free to share your experiences with me and those around you. Essential oils change lives, what a beautiful gift nature has given us!
