It`s Day 31 of our Healthy Habits Program! ⁠ ⁠

On our final day this month I thought it would be great to leave you with some easy DIY recipes you can create at home. Using a selection of oils specifically known to help manage stress, you can experiment with the different scents and choose which ones become your healthy habits.⁠ ⁠


We are still not sure when the COVID crisis will be over and the longer it stretches on the more stress it brings to our daily lives. If you`ve following even some of my suggestions this month you know what a positive impact essential oils have on your mood, health & wellbeing. ⁠ ⁠


Keep using your oils, continue to create healthy habits and feel free to share your experiences with me and those around you. Essential oils change lives, what a beautiful gift nature has given us! ⁠ ⁠
