What you will receive during this class:
• First we will learn about Sankalpa and how to properly set our intentions so that they are created using our intuition and connecting to the heart. This is different than how we normally set goals and resolutions that we often impose on ourselves because of outside pressures.
• You will learn how to unlock your intuition.
• We will then practice yoga focused on opening the heart and unlocking our intuition so that together you can form the Sankalpa that is most meaningful to each of you.
• We will then practice Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep), which allows us to embody our Sankalpa. You will not only finish feeling rested and restored but the practice will also allow you to embrace the New Year ahead in a positive way!
