About the event

As one of our components of our February Loving workshops, we are offering two workshops on Self-Care Rituals on:

Tuesday, 11 February 19:00 - 21:00 Friday, 28 February 19:00 - 21:00

We can all use some anti-stress remedies these days. Times are getting faster, with technology and our fast-paced life we are living in. Self-care should be high on everyone's list to reduce stress and rejuvenate the soul.

What we love most about self-care is that when we love ourselves, the more we can show up for ourselves and others. By putting ourselves as a priority, we are also serving others.

Self-care comes in many forms and rituals:

- lavishing bathes - stimulating massages - peaceful downtime - doing something for the fun of it - and the list goes on.

Using only natural and simple yet effective tools and remedies, we will discuss all things self-care. We will take you on a journey of our own self-care rituals that we find the most effective. In return for your attendance we will give you a mini self-care kit. So you are ready to get your self-care game ON!

Best of all, all of our tipps and tricks are 100% nature-based. Therefore, we are contributing to not only our emotional wellbeing but also giving our immune system a break from having to breakdown all the toxins that go in our bodies from using chemical and synthetic products.

Join us for a fun and interesting workshop!
